- Ouch! Are credit cards in default? If it were me, depending on my income, I would consider either bankruptcy or contacting a credit counselling agency (a reputable one) to help me settle the debts, reduce or eliminate interest, and arrange an orderly payment schedule. Short of that, you can contact the cards yourself, indicate that you are having difficulties and ask about their hardship programs. Contact the utility companies immediately and work out a payment arrangement with them so that they do not shut off your services. If you have assets, you could consider a line of credit or loan against your assets... but before doing that be sure you can resist the temptation to charge up your cards again or you will end up in worse shape than you are now. If you cannot resist, try placing them in a safety deposit box or with somebody you trust who will not give them to you for spending whims.
- www.daveramesy.com will be the best avenue for you to get the help you need.
- First you need to truley ask yourself how you got here in the first place?? I'm guessing that it is a combination of getting down on your luck and living beyond what you can afford. To get out of this it is going to take a lot of hard work such as working multiple jobs, living off of noodles, etc. I agree with the other person who said www.daveramsey.com. He also has a daily radio show on the AM network. Get in touch with reality and take responsibility for your actions. Do not get another house because judging by your past behavior you will more than likely be on your way to a third foreclosure. I would start your road to recovery by going to the dave ramsey web site and by also contacting your utilities. Good luck.
- Bankruptcy should be the last option as it remains on your credit report for min 10 years... A debt consolidation company can provide you with best debt management plan. Check out this website http://ezconsolidation.com . This company provide all types of debt consolidation solutions.
- First of all all I can say is wow! You have left out some important details, for example how much do you make vs how much do you owe monthly? I ask, because you need to setup some kind of budget that will help you live within your means. That might mean eating tuna fish for the next 7 years. Are you ready for that? Somehow I get the feeling you need a tourniquet and not a band-aid.
- Don't be too hard on yourself cause you're not alone. I would contact a debt settlement company and try and have them negotiate your debt down by about 40-50%. A reputable company will be able to accomplish this for you so that you don't have to go bankrupt. Check out this site for help: http://www.credit-card-loans-debt.com/credit/

- I can help you! I work for Nationwide Credit. We are also a law firm as well. We have been in business for 19 years and members of the Better Business Bureau for 7 years with NO complaints. We're also registered with the Secretary of State and ALL of our contracts are in compliance with the attorney general. Let me know if you need any help. We have amazing success rates. By the way, don't listen to these people who say bad things against companies like mine. There have certainly been credit repair companies that have scammed people. They give the good guys a bad rep. We're not all like that. You can look into our program and we are totally supported by the BAR as well.
