Online Credit repair question please help?
I went to the credit sites and disputed several items that were incorrect.... It has been more than thirty days and most of them still say "Pending October 13th" Which is awful because its past the 30 day mark... How can they do this? Am I screwed because I didn't do it by mail, but online?

- They can erase the marks, however it will remain on your credit report with a not explaining the situation. There is nothing you can do but try no to let the issue linger.
- they shoudl of provided you with a phone number to contact the credit bureau..the good thing about that is that when items are disputed they dont show up on your credit report when you apply for credit..its like there not there
- i dont know who you are using as a credit repair but your disputes should be requested to the bureau and the bureau will contact that creditor and they have 30 days to respond... so i'm not sure who you are using but if its not one of the 3 bureau's then its probably not legit i'm telling your from my own personal experience; i disputed an item on my credit report and LESS THAN 30 days later the creditor couldn't supply evidence that it was mine and the bureau REMOVED the item and it never showed up anymore
- The length of time for the CRA's to complete their investigation doesn't matter if you dispute online or by mail Also, a good resource is... http://www.safelinked.info/jump.php?link=debt Take care.
