Credit Repair?
I am in the process of trying to repair my credit. I have been informed that a person is able to write a settlement letter. How would someone write such a letter?

- If your talking about a settlement letter to a card company, forget it. You don't have enough "clout" to do anything. There are NO CHARGE services that will help you. Get in touch with them.
- If you are looking for a settlement letter from a certain creditor, you will need to contact that creditor and ask for the letter. They may ask you to send them a letter of authorization with your signature on it before they will proceed, but it is there responsibility to supply you with a settlement letter if you have settled you account and you are requesting a letter for proff.
