In an attempt to fix my credit, I tried to consolidate and it did not help. Who can help with credit repair? For almost two years, I paid a company to repair my credit. When I started my FICO score was 625 but I knew it was a matter of time before it became lower because of late payments. This person is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. She works for a mortgage company, but does the "credit repair" independently. By "independently", I mean she does not represent any company. This is her "side business". She is not representing a COMPANY. She is not a member of BBB. She is a licensed loan officer who does credit repair INDEPENDENTLY as a SIDE BUSINESS. I do have a signed contract with a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE, signed on July 23, 2006.

Credit Repair? Has anyone heard of "The Credit Bible" is this legitimate? Also on www.adviceontime.com Does anyone know or have experience with the credit repair program on that site? It sounds good, but wondering if it really works?

Credit Repair? Hello, I am trying to get financed for a mazad miata. The salesman I have been working with indicated that because of several dings on my credit report he could get me financed but only with about 5K down. He advised me that he knew someone who could legally dispute alot of the dings and get them removed from my credit report. He claims he was able to get his own scroe raised above 700 points and said he could show me proof of that. My question is it worth going to see him to get more information on repairing my credit. He said it would only cost about 300-500 dollars and would only take about 45-60 days. Is it that easy to legally dispute debts and get them removed from my credit report. Am I looking at hidden charges?

Credit Repair? Hello, all, I'm working at repairing my credit and have made a little bit of progress. However my score is still on the upper range of the poor grade. Is there anyway to legally remove adverse items from your reports? A collection account for instance. Thanks in advance for your responses. Thank you for your responses so far. Yes I have paid off the collection items. I'd just like them removed from my report even though it hasn't been 5 or 7 or 100 years since they were paid off.

Credit Repair? I recently stopped paying my credit card and car payments for about 4 months to catch up on my mortgage payment. My mortgage and my car payments are now caught up. I plan on paying off 4/6 of my credit cards in the next month due to them having lower balances. The other two I plan on making a fairly large payment and then continuing with the monthly payment. I still haven't called the credit card companies to inform them of this. Should I argue the interest and late charges? I have debt from an internet and cable company that I really do not want to pay. Will this affect my credit score? If so, how much? and how long will it take for my score to go up after I pay these debts? Before I started getting behind, my credit score was around 670. Credit Repair? I had a credit card go into collections 18 months ago. I settled for payment less than full with the condition that It would be considered on my credit report as Closed Paid in Full. However on my report it states "Charge -OFF - Settled less than full. I have since contact the credit card company and received a letter that the accounts were closed and paid in full. Credit Repair Expert needed. Pls Help. My credit score is only 476 & need to repair it asap? For the past couple of years, I have screw up my credit very badly. So today, I want to put myself together and get it repaired as much as I could. So at this point, I am looking for a company or some credit expert that would help me in repairing my credit. so I could get on with my life. Okay for my situation, I have about 10 accounts open for collection and they are 8 accounts with debts from $100 - $600. Also one account from Toyota Auto Finance with over 6 late payments, then I have already sold the car and paid off my entire loan. Last account which is very tough, it is from Audi Financial, which I have a Repo on! I can pay off all my debts, but would that help? I need to have a clean and strong credit to be built. In an attempt to fix my credit, I tried to consolidate and it did not help. Who can help with credit repair? For almost two years, I paid a company to repair my credit.
